Candidates can be populated into the Ripleys system by manual entry, imported from a spread sheet or direct from any supported SQL / Oracle database system.

Within a circuit based exam for example; VIVAs or OSCEs, circuit maps are automatically created based upon the candidate's starting station. Mark sheets are printed with or without candidate details and an examination candidate number can be allocated in addition to their general reference number.

Post exam candidate marks and responses are clearly displayed for each question. After the normal checks and adjudication a pass mark can be finally arrived at. A pass / fail report can be run and candidate's results emailed with a certificate or viewed on-line.

In addition our system can create candidate lists, schedules, guidance, badges, manage any special needs or access requirements, highlight missing mark sheets and scores outside permissable parameters.
