Our secure servers are hosted in the UK in a high security data centre with an uptime of 100%. This hosting company also supplies servers to the Military, NHS and other Government departments. For extra security our organisation SSL certificate encrypts all the data passed between you and the server.
We monitor and maintain our secure servers and systems as part of our day-to-day work. We have extensive logging and system reporting to advise us of any issues as and when they arrive. Backing up your data is critical, our 3 tier backup system back-ups twice a day and we will keep your data safe at all times.

Coloursonic
A family run creative printing business specialising in large format projects. We worked with Coloursonic from their conception and developed a database system to manage their client, suppliers and print workflow.

Creepers is a large B2B plant nursery. They have several sites importing, growing and storing plants of all shapes and sizes. The database was created to manage their clients, suppliers, imports, plant list, print plant passports, barcodes and labels.
DETAIL Super Yachts
Detail was a small company suppling super yachts in the Mediterranean. The database was developed to showcase the products which could be supplied, the products were displayed online and on a salespersons' iPad. It then processed orders.
Peter Auckland Limited
This well established rug company imports and distributes bespoke rugs from India and Nepal. The database was designed to manage the design phase, presentations, sales, purchase orders, stock management and invoicing.
TTA Relocation
TTA is a family business helps businesses relocate and settle their executives. The database we developed for them helps them manage everything from property rental, furniture transport, utilities management, sorting out family members and schools. It tracks each step of the relocation process and ensures the clients receive the best attention whilst they are here through a comprehensive calendar and reminder system.
Fizz Bang Wallop
Fizz Bang Wallop specialises in providing high-quality Special Effects services for various forms of media. Led by Mike Dawson who has won an Oscar nomination for Best Achievement in Visual Effects and won a prestigious BAFTA for his work on House of the Dragon. The database we created for Mike and his team manages the scripts, special effects required, pyrotechnics and shoot locations.
Pridham Report
The Pridham Report is unique for the information it provides to fund management groups in the UK, enabling them to track their progress in the market. The database we created allows fund managers online access to enter in their quarterly sales and assets and in return view how their peer group is doing and market trends through an extensive series of reports.
InDepth
This company provides commercial cleaning services on a national scale. The database was created primary for the engineers on site to complete inspection forms and take pictures on-site using iPads. From the data submitted, reports were then created by the administration staff for their clients.
Gemmological Association of Great Britain
Gem-A is the world's longest established provider of gemmology courses. We developed a database to manage their valuable stock of gem stones. The system allowed for gemstones to be booked out on loan and then ensured they were returned. Alerts are given when loans were overdue.
NHS Creative
NHS Creative provides specialist design and marketing services uniquely for the NHS. The database we developed for them tracks their jobs, helps allocate work to the various designers, manages quotes and budgets, invoices and purchase orders. Extensive management reports are produced.
At Trayler
At Trayler are a London based photographic and moving image agency. They work with many leading creative agencies and companies. The database we have developed for them manages their clients, artists and agencies. The details of jobs, multiple budgets and production are all handled by the database as well as estimates and invoicing.
Neil Corbould Special Effects
Neil Corbould is a special effects supervisor best known for his work on major blockbuster films such as Gladiator, Saving Private Ryan, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story and Black Hawk Down. Ripleys developed a database to manage the extensive budgets associated with their large productions. The system deals with their purchase orders, suppliers, SFX scheduling, pyrotechnics, equipment and much more.
